Confirm the starting scope
The base engagement starts with a minimum allocation of 17 days. A 30% deposit is required to begin, and custom engagements are available as needed.
Sign and schedule
Once the terms are signed and the first payment is complete, we reach out to schedule the first session and intake.
Scope and deliverables
Term and scope
The agreement begins on signature and remains in effect until the services are completed and all amounts due are paid, unless ended earlier under the terms of the agreement.
Fees and billing
A 30% deposit is due on signing. The remaining balance, plus any approved additional days, is invoiced monthly as design days are used.
Ownership
Upon full payment, final deliverables transfer to the client. Talk ID may display completed work in its portfolio unless specific items are restricted in writing.
Confidentiality and termination
Both parties agree to protect confidential information. Either party may terminate with written notice under the agreement, and work completed through the termination date remains billable.
